A issue with influencers is that they’re seeking external validation without developing their self image or self esteem. It’s the classic fixing the sink when the well is broken.
@SahilBloom Most crazy health influencers are fragile. Perfectionism doesn't help performance. It often comes from insecurity. The influencers are selling a story and identity, instead of worrying about being in the arena training for the thing.

I agree with this take on PEDs in sport. It’s one thing to cheat and have them take away your medals it’s another when your sport is combat and could alter that persons life after sport. Ask Michael Bisping.

This is exactly why you need to find what works for you inside the context of your life and situation. I’m a single father to a 4 year old. My sleep scores suck too but I find away to make it all work.
How I get 58% sleep scores consistently:. - Kids go to bed at 730pm, finally a few hours to relax.- Fall asleep between 11pm and 12am after finishing work and cleaning the house.- Kids wake you up 3-5x throughout the night.- Kids wake up between 545am and 630am every morning.
