) introduced a motion today on this lobbying proposal submitted by the Ethics Commission back in May. The proposal had been held up in a committee chaired at Council President Nury Martinez at the time.
Here's moving portion:
A lobbyist spoke at an L.A. neighborhood council meeting in March. But he didn't reveal he was being paid to represent the concrete industry, until members challenged him.
