Neato. Pretty chuffed to share how Expel did in The Forrester Wave: Managed Detection and Response, Q2 2023. (We’re a Leader) Customer-obsessed, eh? Must be doing at least something right.
Hot off the press: Expel is a Leader in the @forrester Wave: Managed Detection & Response, Q2 2023 report! 🤯 We're honored to receive the highest possible scores across 16 #MDR criteria, including Time to Value, Product Vision, and Market Approach ➡️ https://t.co/Bkos7Utfyc

This is a good start but misses entirely the experience level of the manager or team to which you are delegating. This third factor guides how much structure the delegatee needs and whether you’re informed or consulted.
When should a #leader be pulled into a decision, and when can team members move autonomously? Identifying decisions as low risk or high risk and low urgency or high urgency helps to clarify expectations: https://t.co/xpJEjXT5tJ

I dream of a day when LinkedIn notifications go away once you've seen the the first time without having to view them on multiple devices and/or reload.

You don’t just have or not have control. You choose.
What others say doesn't directly affect your emotions. Between their words and your feelings is your interpretation of their intention. Agency lies in the space between stimulus and response. A sign of emotional intelligence is recognizing your power to change your assumptions.

As long as I don’t need to have emotions myself I’m ok with this aspirational goal.

Instead of doing what you love, choose to love what you do and keep changing up what you do (you don’t even need to change roles).
You've probably been told that “if you do what you love, you’ll never work a day in your life.” In reality, if you do what you love, you may be at higher risk of burning out.

I very much do not have this problem.
Americans are terrible at taking lunch breaks. We don’t have to be. “When you have an internal dialogue that goes, ‘I don’t have time, I’ll do it later,’ that’s when you end up with people who are starving by 4 p.m. and their energy is completely drained.”
