We have reverted to directly verifying OP and ETH Sepolia interactions on Galxe for maximum fairness. This mean your proof wont be delivered and balance not updated but you will receive the XP and complete the task in recognition of testing efforts. We will put all the focus on.
We will be verifying transactions directly through Galxe APIs to be more efficient. Everyone will receive their XPs for transactions that the sequencer hasn’t picked up during the campaign(March 6 - 16th, 23:59 GMT+1). As it requires a lot of effort and we want to stay focused.

Why is Malda not an appchain? . With current zk-proof latency and state of zkVM tech stack of @boundless_xyz by @RiscZero there is no reason. You can operate with low latency and push the state on L2s like @LineaBuild that were built for it. Best design is always lazy 😉.

About the transaction issues on Malda testnet: . Currently we are at 289k+ transactions, huge interest that is amazing to see. We have implemented testnet in a way that we are sponsoring all destination chain transaction fees for users, as getting Sepolia ETH is not as easy.

Each dApp needs to achieve a sign up and login flow, abstract away bridging etc. L2 scaling is nice but the level of fragmentation will be a big barrier for onboarding new users.
Nothing is holding back crypto more than bad UX and shoddy on-ramps. The number of times I've tried to get someone interested and watched their eyes glaze over when I start talking about gas fees. .

I was listening to the Rollup podcast where @drakefjustin mentioned for apps the big question is which L2 to deploy on, and how in the future with native rollups they can just deploy a rollup instead. I think there is another option, apps can choose to deploy contracts to.

This is a great summary on how to solve UX issues and onboard new users. The solution is not to copycat Solana, or try to become BTC. As someone who is not an ETH core dev or L2 dev, app devs can contribute by building better chain abstracted dApps with zk, zk is the answer to.
We now have enough information to conclude that the issue wasn’t with the L2 or its tokens. We're seeing multiple L1 tokens fail at launch, and the same will happen with other L1s launching in the coming months. L2s are essentially blockchains with a secure bridge to Ethereum.

Honestly we are so far 🥲. We have super centralized solutions like HyperLiquid that can just come in a d pretend decentalization and normal operation. Everyone is honestly tired of arguin with a 4/5 msig and that its not decentralized. They have so many KOLs on their side they.
All the recent drama shows that we're still a ways away from completely trustless DeFi. This is a large part of why I'm bullish on ZK-provable exchanges. It's not just security (verify, don't trust), but it's also that the rules of the game are fixed and enforced by cryptography.

Pretty decent analysis. Casinos are limited by regulations which should in theory improve long-term user retention. Memecoins do seem very sticky which might be due to unregulated advertisements being a factor.

The design space opens up much more for a financial application once you are considering zk-proofs as the backend. All previous DeFi apps were designed with EVM constraints in mind, while we are designing for removing those constraints. In EVM you just check proof validity 👀.

Having worked with @MetaMask Delegation Framework we had a great validation from the Vitalik post. Only caveat (delegation pun intended 👀) is that the application specific wallet should be essentially a wrapper using delegation or SCA wrapper. Let the users keep their assets.
