I would tend to agree, but this is a special situation. The woman was the head of HR. If it were anyone else in the company hooking up with a subordinate she would have been the one pulling them into a meeting and shaming them for impropriety. She cannot do that job anymore.
I really donât think people (in *most* situations) should lose their *jobs* for being caught having an affair as consenting adults. The penalty of having your family fall apart or living with the guilt of hurting someone you love is more than enough. And I really donât think.
