It is reflexive to hate on the cultural era that has just past as this signals “I am trendy and of the current era”. Then the next era happens and we do it again, and 2 eras ago starts to accumulate nostalgic credibility. Hating on the last era is the most basic thing you can do.
what happened in 2010-15 man. we were seized by some kind of faux frontiersman cult for urbanites. probably the worst cultural era in history: - stomp clap hey music. lumineers, mumford & sons, imagine dragons etc. awful. no redeeming qualities whatsoever - stipped down
