The person i spoke to on the support refused to bring a supervisor in the call. This is your support. I have a simple issue, my invoice needs to be rectified with my GST number in it. Your team says it cannot be done. My question is - why not?

Your support team is useless in this case and there isn't any way to escalate the matter to someone sensible, which is why I tweeted @GoDaddy @GoDaddyHelp
