I'm ecstatic about a sequel to SOMA. I don't think any other piece of media has grown on me as much as SOMA has. It's such a poignant dark sci-fi experience.

Jonas is exactly right. When it comes to game design the experience is everything. I've had this belief for a while and Jonas has certainly lived it and proved it. This thread and the associated video is essentially the ultimate piece of game design advice.

Fake Portal has launched. My initial impressions are positive, I like the categories. But I think it has ways to go before it can provide a big advantage over just browsing https://t.co/DBHUkhomWZ, Steam or another database site and make an impact. I certainly hope that it will.

After Dungeons of Blood and Dream I couldn't be more hyped.

After seeing just how cute the golems in Dungeons of Blood and Dream are I find myself under a new compulsion. I've reached endings 3 and 4. I'm both satisfied and still hooked.

As with all truly creative things, it's infectious and I definitely felt inspired after playing it. I don't know how much time it will take me to fully explore the depths of mystery of this game, but I think for the time being I'm kinda stuck in Lori's Mind Prison.

It has enough friction to intimidate while remaining fun and extremely addictive. Power ups are fun and make for some of the most exciting loot. And there is something to be said about the "cute evil" artstyle. Rings having different effects on different fingers is just genius.

I have finally played Dungeons of Blood and Dream by @heliofractal. It's very cool. I appreciate the high concept premise, the mystique befitting exploration of weird places, the thrill of trying unknown things and very solid action combat.
