A nagging question on @RahulGandhi ‘Atom Bomb’. If @ECISVEEP believes that Rahul Gandhi’s data/charges are false and misleading, then why doesn’t the ECI file a criminal complaint FIR and haul the Cong leader to court? After all, Rahul Gandhi has made his charges outside.
