@NABurkinshaw @boswelltoday It's fairly unprecedented to potentially have this bad a screw up discovered quickly in real time. I got into much of this from sports, oddly - and the feeling I currently have is not wildly dissimilar as to when the Russians were discovered rigging the Sochi Olympics.

The Supreme Court was crystal clear on the definition of a woman across the Equality Act. The Sandie Peggie tribunal judgment has muddied the waters. Imho it’s got the law wrong, made some perverse findings in fact & used biased language. It’s not binding but needs appealed.
