Until Christmas Day, we're bringing you an 'advent calendar' of vintage buses. Today it's number 13, which was once a service between Salford's Victoria bus station and Agecroft. Take a look at the frame at the front - that was to change the blinds without having to climb up.

7 yrs ago we had December snow that coincided with Santa trains running on the Welsh Highland Railway. I remember feeling full of a bad cold but I dragged myself out to take this photo. It was later used as inspiration by Rebecca Kitchen for one of the railway’s Christmas cards

If this known cheat of a male cyclist had had his way British womens cycling would have been finished. It was only the combined strength of the women’s team coming together & saying no that stopped it. So dissappointed this male wasn’t properly challenged during this interview.
Did @markchapman or @GabbyLogan even consider challenging some of the palpably untrue things said in this interview? The claim that no male (trans identifying) cyclist posed a threat to women’s cycling? Have Gaby & Mark not heard of Emily Bridges? The science of male advantage?
