SMC複合体を介したアーキアゲノムの構造化機構についての論文がNat. Commun.誌に掲載されました！. This work has been published in Nature Communications! The manuscript has been significantly improved thanks to the reviewers' valuable comments!.
My first preprint is out in bioRxiv! This work revealed how an archaeal SMC complex sculpts TAD-like domains by cooperating with a roadblock NAP and physical properties of DNA. Kudos to our talented PhD student Kodai!.
