I unequivocally support Stonewall for all that they have done and continue to do for me as a gay man, but also because they stand for trans, LGBTQ+ and human rights broadly. None of us are equal until all of us are equal. And that means full equality for my trans siblings.

⚠️ Senegalese authorities have detained 15 people simply for being in an LGBT+ WhatsApp group. SHAME! This kind of forced outing & criminalisation fuels fear & legitimises homophobic discrimination & violence. SHAME! https://t.co/SpERIiZDkC

Massive kick to be interviewed by the @NewStatesman on the Australian social media ban, and the various ways in which the UK coalition is arguing for something rather different. https://t.co/H7iorjjYHz

As the world's first blanket ban takes effect, the UK's paralysis looks increasingly dangerous

I take one tablet daily, the only reminder that I’m living with HIV. It keeps my viral load undetectable, meaning that I can’t pass HIV on. I can expect a normal lifespan. One of the greatest challenges is stigma, due to a lack of knowledge. HIV has changed. #WorldAIDSDay

“Testing for HIV and other blood-borne viruses is healthy and responsible. It shows that an individual is being proactive about their own health and the health of others.” Thank you to The Scottish Sun for interviewing me about HIV and testing for the virus. #HIV

I am very pleased that the 106th Archbishop of Canterbury will be @bishopSarahM Mullaly. Sarah is the first woman to hold this role within the Church of England. A former Chief Nursing Officer, she will be great for our national Church and the Anglican Communion.
