Yesterday’s Bishops’ Study Day was a powerful time of reflection, worship and learning. Keynotes from Rowan Williams & @ChineMcDonald, worship by @soulsanctuarygc and rich seminars left us renewed in hope for Advent. Grateful to all who made it possible.

This year marks 60 years of @CarersUK championing the remarkable work of unpaid carers. Last night, I joined CEO @Helen_M_Walker and Baroness Pitkeathley OBE at a special event to reflect on the progress made, the challenges ahead, and why valuing care is vital for our future.

At Berliner Dom on Sunday, I spoke about living through hardship, drawing on a stained-glass image of Grenfell Tower I’d seen weeks earlier at @StCandStJ. It speaks of the incarnate God who shared in our sufferings and offers us a covenant promise of unfailing love.
