My dear old Grandad fell down his stairs last weekend. He’s in a bad way. Didn’t recognise anyone for a few days. Confused & scared. He’s improved this week. Not only because of Mum, but all the Dr’s & nurses at Southampton Hospital. Once again, so much love for the NHS. ❤️.

My grandad Alf & my family dog Bob both passed away last weekend. The last few days have been a real kick for me & my family. This morning, my brother Ashley & his amazing fiancé Jess gave birth to Archie Jack Ames. Life is just a series of hellos & goodbyes. Make ‘em count. 💖

I starred in a West End play tonight. Minimal sleep & SO much to remember. But I did it. Whilst there’s a lot to perfect, fuck I’m proud of myself. The last time I did theatre was 10 years ago. The other actors & everyone involved were incredible. Blessed to be alongside them. ❤️.
