Week 3 day 1 of my RSV journey, it appears I am finally in the recovery phase of this horrible respiratory virus. Wow it has a strong punch on its own I can only imagine what’s it like in tandem with influenza!.

Day 10 of a severe case of RSV with no end in sight. Folks protect your children, grand-children, elderly and high-risk family members. Vaccinate,mask, hand hygiene and distance. Stay Home if you don’t feel well!.

Today is #WorldDiabetesDay2022 .I have been living with T2 diabetes for 20 years now and it’s not easy. As a diabetic my wish is that all the glucose testing supplies, equipment, oral medications and insulins be covered by a national pharmacare program for all Canadians. #Equity.
