#StressEcho showing ischemia in a 70-year-old woman (stress-induced chest pain + ST-segment changes + wall motion abnormalities). Still, coronary angiogram was normal. Up to 20% of patients with myocardial ischemia may have INOCA. CIAO-ISCHEMIA will tell us more. #CardioEd
