Happy to be involved in this tour de force from the excellent @k_guynes and the @Chema_MD @deMendoza_Alex labs. DNA methylation in annelids!.
Xmas present! 🎄🎁 Our paper with @k_guynes and @deMendoza_Alex on DNA methylation in 🪱 is out in bioRxiv! Base resolution, developmental methylomes show that age-related epigenetic erosion (5mC ⏱️ in 🪱?) is probably ancestral to bilaterians (1/4).
