Zoning reform is 1 of the best tools to unlock housing opportunities for our unhoused neighbors. Combined w/ a strong plan to reallocate dedicated resources to build desperately needed #supportivehousing, we have a chance to aggressively tackle NYC’s affordable housing crisis.
