Patient w recurrent genital herpes infections + persistent symptoms (burning/cutting sensation,sensitive skin) despite treatment AND NO LESIONS. They are not making up symptoms!😡 think POST-HERPETIC NEURALGIA (Pudendal nerve). It happens with other nerves, why not with the PN?

I am speechless…just learned CareFusion @BDandCo Paracervical/Pudendal block kits will be discontinued from market, why? We do important procedures with these including PN blocks/Botox for pts w #chronicpelvicpain Why those who provide care to women have to always scramble?1/3
