Dear Ob/Gyn, It's #EndometriosisAwarenessMonth. You've got a busy schedule, two more cases this morning, a full PM clinic and a social commitment at 5:30. You see this on the screen. Be honest with yourself. Do you see #endometriosis? Yes or no?

Glad to see his gloves coming off. Greg doesn’t even understand the language of the laws and still wants to use the state boards to “re-educate” his opponents. That tracks with his #MAGA authoritarianism. Only fascists call for the state apparatus to silence disagreement.
I'm sure the Texas medical board (@texmed) will be acting soon to reach out to these impaired practitioners about why they don't understand their responsibilities to protect women's lives when needed, and get them the additional board mandated education they need.

Remember that petition in PA from America PAC in which you were promised a chance at a million dollars? Like all of Trumps promises, it was a lie and you were a useful patsy to get him elected. You’ll be discarded like all the other people Trump tramples in his self interest.

Just remember, the Amish might be voting, but Wayne’s second cousin Raul from Lancaster is only proof that the Right has nothing but lies to offer when they cry fraud starting Tuesday night. #MakeAnericaAgain
This is my second cousin Raul. Raul lives in an Amish village outside Lancaster, PA. He’s never voted in an election but he told me the whole village is ecstatic to vote for President Trump! If he can get his Amish village to vote, you can get out to the polls #MAGA

Just remember, MAGA wants you to believe that Democrats are a bunch of weak beta Swifties. Which is, of course, why they need to arm themselves to the teeth for the upcoming revolution.

The most compelling reason to believe Donald Trump won’t ban abortion nationwide is that his administration won’t do much of anything at all, like last time. Unless you spell abortion ban T-A-X-C-U-T, billionaire class that pays him doesn’t care.

Remember, if you purge a voter role and disenfranchise even a single legal voter, you’re literally anti-democratic. You have no evidence that non citizens can actually cast counted ballots. But when you remove citizens from the voter rolls, you subvert democracy worse than J6.

And even when there are papers that compare the “rules” vs the “no rules,” the argument against it isn’t “bad study design,” but “that’s what big pharma wants you to think, it’s government mind control.” https://t.co/GDsanBzf9z

One wellness doc who gave one of the above patients endometrial cancer told a subsequent patient, “I have never diagnosed an endometrial cancer in my patients on pellets.” That such a statement is technically true, only because he never looked, does not make them less a weasel.

This is exacerbated by the same “hot potato” he accuses his surgical colleagues of. Except now, they’re washing their hands of complications and passing them off.

My problem isn’t the venture into places where there aren’t “rules.” It’s the growing anecdotal evidence that the people that venture there don’t understand why there ARE rules in the first place and use these places to *ignore* mechanisms, first principles, and bioscience.

Here’s my anecdote. 100% of patients who came to me after having persistent unexplained bleeding on pellet HRT had type 1 endometrial cancer. None were informed of the risk because they were on a progesterone. None were offered an ultrasound. None were offered a biopsy.
So venturing out into a world of TRT, HRT, anabolics, and peptides where we have no “rules” more than first principles, known mechanism, and anecdotes, often informed by bioscience, to put together working protocols? Nbd. Not everyone can work like this.

Fun fact: Christianity historically did not recognize pregnancy as life until quickening at 20+ weeks.

When you don’t study history you forget that the civil rights movement was after WWII. The women in Hazel Bryan’s picture are married to returning veterans. https://t.co/wwJsBMc5ef
There are so many reasons this is ridiculous, but here's one: Who do you actually think the gross majority of the men who stormed the beaches at Normandy would vote for? The answer is obvious: Donald J. Trump.

But something about 145k MSRP in 2013 to 76k in 2020 suggests it’s not true…

To be clear, I beat this return handily while sitting on my ass. #opportunitycost
#SP500 I also don’t have a problem with cars as an alternative asset class if you can prove their returns are uncorrelated and consistent outside the largest car market disruption in history.
In 2020, I told all of my students to buy Gen 5 Dodge Vipers. Those who listened did very, very well. Vikram averaged an $875/mo return lmao. Still bullish on these.

"Trumps' not a Nazi, he wore a yarlmulke in a picture that one time." He held up a Pride flag that one time, too. Is he gay?
