Unrecognized MI as detected by #whycmr has the same prognosis as pts with recognized MI, higher risk of HF hosp, and are on less GDMT. Similar to previous studies, this is about 15% of pts in the #SPINS registry. https://t.co/22DMpNVW9F. What to do?! @SCMRorg @RKwongMD
