This is my biggest problem with the YIMBY movement: focused on only one variable, and that is density. It's like mistaking calories for nutrition. You're hungry? Here, eat 9000 Big Macs! Same with building. We need homes, but quality of life too

I am once again asking right wingers not to use “medieval” to mean barbaric and cruel and to describe third worlders and muslims. The medievals were noble people who achieved great things, and we should be proud of them.
