This seems to primarily apply to psychotic breaks. Not sure what to do about the many otherwise smart people I've seen oneshotted by dumbshit conspiracy theories. a lot of people need to be less open mined and more skeptical.
I've seen people go crazy a bunch of different ways over the years and it always comes down to not sleeping. There's always other factors but sleeping is key. People really just need to exercise pretty much every day, sweat, get exhausted, and get a full night of sleep.
