Working in tech you have to simultaneously hold the contradicting opinions that Engineers are the smartest humans on earth, and that they canāt do anything right without an instruction manual š.
A shocking number or software developers I have interacted with in the past 20 years or so think that they cannot develop software if not given requirements. They seem to expect instructions such as "When I click this button, I want this to happen". I find that unbelievable!.

Struggling to see why everyone is so upset over this. Top 3 results are still the most important, and arguably are now more clearly displayed. Next 3 results now likely to get more attention by people skipping the generated answer. Much better.
