We made a pilgrimage to Smoke n Ash Tex-Ethiopian BBQ in Arlington, TX. We ordered the BBQ sampler for 2 and extra veggie sides. We liked the beef ribs best, though brisket was close 2nd. Doro Wot's chicken was smoked first. Injera + Texas Toast
