Yes, this is called reflexive control 101. If you followed my account instead of being an online reactionary, you'd know how this all works. 😆
What a hot mess. Official US social media accounts are now contradicting the published predidential order, saying it doesn't apply to existing H1B holders (the execive order says it does) and existing H1Bs would no be turned back on the border (the order says they would)

I talked to the CEO of a moderately big tech co who said they'd replaced Figma with Replit. This surprised me because I don't even think of them as being in the same business. But he said Replit is so good at generating apps that they just to straight to prototype now.

What did work for HubSpot? Focusing on net new products for existing customers. Instead of a different marketing tool, HubSpot doubled down on mid-market by building them a new CRM product focused on their needs. Aligned teams, clear messaging, and happier customers all around.

Teams fight over marketing resources, messaging becomes murky, and you risk cannibalizing the core product. We experienced this first hand at HubSpot while working on a new marketing product called Leadin, built for a smaller ICP—it never got traction due to these issues.

This, is the SNOO. It's a $1700(!) smart bassinet. It listens for your baby's cry and rocks them and plays white noise to help them sleep. It's brilliant and useful, but it's also got a big flaw.
