President Trump is correct.There are more deaths in the US as there is a higher percentage of obesity in the US compared to other countries. Obesity is a major risk factor for diabetes, all chronic diseases and becoming seriously ill or dying from viral/ bacterial infections.

I cannot emphasize this enough. Children need to be socializing with other children & adults, learning, exploring, developing their mind body & spirit. This does not happen at home with online learning. Many homes have absent parents, parents who are struggling themselves.

In my parents seniors home, they are now in room isolation lock down nearing one week, lasting indefinitely, with two week quarantine extension for every new case.
They have stopped all video calls & showers except for once a wk sponge bath by bedside.

I have been testing ALL my patients for their vitamin D levels foryears.
I start my adult patients on 3000iu daily. Will increase to 5000 iu if very low levels or reduce to 2000iu daily if normal.
I always retest after 6 mos if initial test showed deficiency & rpt until normal.

Have been hearing this from others. I saw this with H1N1 vaccine working the walk in clinic years ago. Those who got the vaccine were the sickest people coming in usually within less than a week with high fever and more severe symptoms than those who were unvaccinated.
