Strata is the best game on Board at launch IMO (with a hat tip to Spycraft). A total hit. It's an abstract, area control strategy game where Board recognizes each piece as soon as you place it. Easy enough for a five year old to learn, crazy hard to master. And it would not

This resonates quite hard. Pretty bright line that can be internally felt with those that are iterating their architecture with the models, and those that feel "of a particular AI age" very quickly.
@levie 100%, I've never seen the innovators dilemma worse than in AI because the technology changes faster the clock cycle of many companies nearly every large company I know is using scaffolding that is basically 1 generation behind
