1 of the hardest things about leading during these times is that I’ve NEVER been in our Ts shoes. I have never had to teach virtually. I highly rely on Ts telling me what they need. As leaders we should be allowing them to make decisions and provide input now more than ever!

The power of restorative vs punitive: S vandalized the RR pretty badly. We could’ve punished by suspending or giving a week detention, but instead he met Yoli (our night custodian) and learned what her job entailed, and then helped her clean the RR. Next day guess what happened..
