I'm excited to announce my newest talk: Digital Detox!. After months of research, I’ve developed a keynote and workshop focused on the growing impact of smartphones and social media on our mental health—a concern many of my partners have brought to my attention.

I'm excited to be the opening keynote for this event. Can't wait to see you all in Branson.

I had a great time working with the amazing staff at People's Health. They provide so many great programs in St. Louis. The energy was electric in the room today. Can't wait to come back to St. Louis on Tuesday.
