@davidrlroberts @mitchpberg We know the AG told the ring leaders he will go after the state agencies that don't continue the fraud. They told him he would get campaign donations. But that's not the government or DFL helping the fraudsters at all. AG was surprised this fraud was exposed too!

My great-grandparents did the same, only Norway. Some never really got comfortable in English. But they made sure the kids spoke English - because there was no incentive not to. There are plenty of incentives *not* to assimilate today, and it's not just Somalis.
