I’m late tweeting this but I have to say a huge thank you to Martin, the train guard on the @LNER 15:00 service from Edinburgh to Kings Cross, on Sunday. What great service- he turned a really crap day around for myself and @mikhaila24 thank you!.

When we found the first (healthy) starfish at Saltburn in February, we’d not seen one for years. Now every time we go to the beach we see this- and worse 💔 it’s heartbreaking @DefraGovUK.

Very helpful, as always 🙄 thanks @O2 👍🏼 please can you at least refund me for your agent calling me whilst I was abroad- they have incurred the charges as I answered assuming it was my doctor or the hospital!.

Hi @O2 please can you advise me why you have charged me £42.97 for one day of data (less than 10mins to be exact, from landing in Mauritius to turning off Roaming), and why you’ve also charged me for one of your agents calling me while I was there?!.
