I also had a booked wheelchair and passenger assist. Which were so confirmed days before departure. Ultimately you left me stranded and humiliated on a cold platform.

Corinne dreams of studying sociology at Uni. She's recently diagnosed with cancer and is in hospital fighting. Corinne asked @DurhamSociology to defer her offer. They refused and told her to apply when she is in a "better position to do so". WTF!?. @durham_uni .@carlenefirmin
