There is 64Kb on your board, and if it is mirrored (no full address decode) this monitor should work fine. If not we would need to figure out decoding and alter code.

What I would suggest would be downloading SCM monitor sources from and burning ROM from SCMonitor/Builds/SCM-v102/SCM-S5-2019-06-02-Monitor-v102-BIOS-v101.hex that one have nice monitor and it works on 38400 baudrate on both channels.

It is calculated as : 12288000 / 2 / 16 / divider * 10.So crystal clock divided by 2 (since that is internal clock), then divided by 16 (which is divide ratio set by software, can be 64 or 16), and 10 is prescaler (set by software, can be 30 or 10).
