1. Just because a program is “good” doesn’t mean tax money should be spent on it. 2. Many of the “programs” being cut are what should be considered “luxury items”. We should only spend money on them after all necessary things are paid. Even then we should hold some money in.

Interesting the ACC files this action before the BOT meeting. They also don’t have the proper venue. Florida State BOT can’t be sued in North Carolina. They may seek an empty Declaration but that’s about it. Also interesting that they are essentially suing to keep records hidden.
