Am I missing something? Was the ACC supposed to promote a non football member over an actual ACC football member? The Head to Head result of Miami/ND was all the committee needed. Iโm legit asking what Iโm missing as Iโm not sure I understand what ND expected the ACC to do.

I'm torn on Notre Dame opting out of the bowl. On the one hand, if you want to blow up the system, sometimes you gotta pull the pin yourself. Notre Dame just did that. On the other, how does skipping 15 bowl practices help Notre Dame make next season a title contending one?
