Dear Urology friends. I have a question. For my post prostatectomy patients I keep ordering a total PSA. Not a hypersensitive PSA however the labs keep reporting the hypersensitive PSA numbers. How do I avoid this. I want the PSA only to go down to <0.1 NOT <0.04.
