We’re continuing to expand the use of SP at @HMHNewJersey. Dr. Moore @doctorryanmoore successfully performed a no-incision LAR with coloanal anastomosis — one of the first cases in the country, and the first of its kind in New Jersey. Excellent outcome — more to come! Pt’s apr.

Happening today @HMHNewJersey Just got our second SP robot, already in use. Did 6 cases today using both SP systems. With 2K+cases on our first, it’s exciting to see growth. 6 urologists & 2 ENT surgeons routinely using SP, with more coming. TY @mdstifelman for all the support.

Another great example of what the SP robot makes possible. 4.5 cm Rt renal mass + 2 cm para-aortic LN near Lt hilum (prior lymphoma)-managed seamlessly. Retro Rt LAA gave direct access to both, saving time, pain. Home <24 hrs. Mastery is within reach—just takes effort, vision.

Nice to see studies now confirming what we’ve known, many compliance protocols are neither effective nor efficient. Latest gems: if your partner ends up doing the case, the original consent is void and must be redone. And just before a cysto: “Would you like to use the restroom?”.
New study shows compliance professionals often misunderstand the requirements they make physicians comply with—to the detriment of patient care.
