As beautiful as this kind of thinking is in a way, it's good to remember that Charlie Kirk despised Ukrainians and did everything he could to weaken Ukraine's ability to defend itself by spreading russian propaganda in USA.

Depends on context. A family putting an English flag on their house during the World Cup is harmless patriotism. Far right activists putting a flag on every lamppost in town is an act of intimidation. (It's also a good way to lower house prices.)
If you dislike people flying English or British flags in England then YOU are the problem.

There are two bad things about living in London. 1) There are too many people and not enough houses. 2) Just about everything closes at 11pm. Crime is not significantly higher than most big cities in the western world. Been here a decade and I feel safe everywhere I go.
The discourse around London has split into two camps of either “you cannot leave the house or they will murder you and steal your organs” and “I’ve lived here for 400 years and literally never even heard anyone swear”.
