A central part of RFK's rationale for cutting funding to Gavi, which of course Atul won't address, is the continued use of DTP vaccine in low-income countries. Alarmingly, this vaccine appears to increase overall mortality, particularly in girls, in settings of high background

This is a travesty and a nightmare. The US was a founder of @Gavi. It lowers vaccine costs for the world, has vaccinated 1B children, and averted 19M deaths. This pull out will cost 100s of thousands of children's lives a year -- and RFK Jr will be personally responsible.

Ofc this article repeats the typical foolishness, "we definitely urge our pregnant patients to be vaccinated and/or boosted against covid" One of the original proponents of this idea that infections during pregnancy, which resulted in "maternal immune activation," could in turn

Our answers are often in the trash. Not the journals. That's the key. We are throwing away the nutritious science and living on empty calories. Repeatedly. And @elonmusk and @grok will probably be the first to figure this out: in consequential subjects, The Trash, often **IS**

Yet another example of this reporting bias. "Off-target" effects (aka non-specific vaccine effects) are considered real if they're beneficial, but fake if they're harmful. If a drug can have such wide-ranging and unpredictable off-target effects, why would you be so confident

Fascinating to see the immediate and intense coverage of a new finding that a live shingles vaccine might have positive non-specific effects. Compare that with how the mainstream media completely ignores all of the concerning findings about inactivated vaccines.

Plaintiffs say they were injured by the change in COVID-19 vaccine recommendations to shared clinical decision-making, in part because they must speak with patients about the various factors and aren't being reimbursed for the discussions.

A story about ILI, which was not prevented by the ritual of immunization. Most cases of ILI do not require hospitalization. Notice the belief that without the ritual it could have been worse. Or better. Or exactly the same. You can believe anything. You cannot prevent it.

ER doc here. My 2025 flu story. In short, it's truly a horror show. I got my flu shot on time - the hospital nurse months ago came to me in the ER to give it while I was seeing patients - I couldn't be more grateful. 👇👇👇 I know this year's flu vaccine isn't perfect but good

@jakescottMD as usual, you're incredibly dishonest. we all know now how the game works---acip recs create de facto mandates, since state level public health officials are midwits who simply take their guidance from CDC.
