One of the ways Reform don’t win the next general election is very large scale tactical voting among progressive voters. Given the scale of Reform underperformance vs the polls in Cartphilly, seems like that’s what’s happened.

I would say it is likely that the big jump in this number is down to @ZackPolanski banging on about a wealth tax relentlessly - and it's really good news. As parties rise in the polls the issues they talk about tend to rise too.

Starmer waged a war on the left inside Labour, armed a genocide in Gaza and abandoned many of the policies he stood on. Their wager is that Labour voters have nowhere else to go. Seems that @ZackPolanski leadership of the greens has changed that entirely..

To split a party before it is formed is a first even for the British Left. To cheer people both sides should organise a compulsory viewing of Life Of Brian by the Monty Python team.
The proposed Corbyn-Sultana new left party galvanised so much support and hope. And it is clearly a bit of a shitshow. Given the country is veering towards fascism, this is unforgivable. If it's not resolved soon, people will switch off and just bet everything on the Greens.
