Thanks to @CircIntv for publishing! 3 year outcomes of BYPASS-CTCA suggestive of ongoing MACE benefit of CTCA prior to angio in CABG pts, which we hope to prove in a larger @NIHRresearch funded multi-centre trial coming soon. @BartsIntervGrp @mdstbarts @BartsCVCTU @QMULWHRI.

Thanks to @FBeerkens and @DLBHATTMD for their thoughtful editorial of our meta-analysis with clear conclusions. Management of these patients needs good clinical judgement until a powered RCT provides more data. @Bhcintervention @krishnaraj82 @ehj_ed.
NSTEMI is difficult to manage in prior CABG pts given their high-risk profile, ambiguous culprit lesions & worse clinical outcomes. Read our thoughts on a meta-analysis of a routine vs. selective invasive approach in this challenging population @DLBHATTMD.
