I am beaming with gratitude for the involvement of SUCH excellent parents and practitioners throughout my whole doctorate and the EPID project. So many different stories, perspectives, & ideas but still the same values& desires to improve EY provisions for DHH children&families.

We won! Thrilled! Coproduction has made the EPID (Early Parent Interaction with Deaf Children) ten times better. It’s also made me a better researcher and a better SLT. Thank you to the parent partners4sharing their journeys & perspectives&thank you @RCSLT for a lovely day.
Our next winner for #RCSLTAwards2024 'Co-production with service-user partners and their families' category is: The coproduced EPID Tool!. Created with parents & experts it aims to positively identify parent’s intuitive interaction skills when interacting with their deaf child.
