Pay them appropriately. Fund the NHS properly. Stop insulting them. Stop being deceitful in your (mis)handling of the strike action. And apologise to us all, & to future generations, for the horrors we are seeing. The NHS is dying. You are killing it. Contemptible.

Perhaps a better way of approaching it, particularly if you work with young people or you are a parent of school-age children, is to think: it is pretty concerning that someone can have this reach and influence and NOT be on my radar.

For the 'never heard of him', or 'oh, just another toxic male' crowd - he's well known to school safeguarding teams. His influence is pernicious & real; his videos viewed 10s of BILLIONS of times. Don't dismiss his reach & dangerousness just because he's outside your sphere. 1/2.
@Samfrspare I am a Y9 form tutor and I can’t tell you how much a large % the boys have fully bought into the Tate bile. Devoted a number of form times to try and challenge the views but they are so ingrained.
