Look, I don’t think anyone is sweating not knowing where I’ll be but it’s the same handle everywhere. Really tho, musicians will be screwed. And artists. Many live and die by the linky trees.

My kid walks his bike across (but would love to ride through) this intersection every day. It's ironic how unsafe this part of a bicycle boulevard is. Please work quickly to turn on this light, @CaltransD4 @PGE4Me.

Caltrans installed a new signal earlier this year at the intersection where a cyclist crossing San Pablo Ave was hit by a driver and seriously injured last week. But the signal hasn't been turned on https://t.co/SDuFh8Co1m

Casual Carpool was a Bay Area tradition before COVID. Can it make a comeback?

Apparently he wears 0 because of O-hio and O-regon. I had always assumed it was a clever nod to the tennis meaning of the word “love,” which would be so cute and cool.

Taking a break from the drama for a basketball observation. I am disappointed by Kevin Love and it has to do with his jersey.

You remember when everybody used to celebrate the Arab Spring being organized and driven by Twitter? I mean I'm just saying. This could be one of those moments. #unintendedconsequences

Let's be clear. Eli Lilly should apologize for increasing the price of insulin by over 1,200% since 1996 to $275 while it costs less than $10 to manufacture. The inventors of insulin sold their patents in 1923 for $1 to save lives, not to make Eli Lilly's CEO obscenely rich.

Mastodon is cool I guess but we do all still have Facebook accounts, right? I haven't logged in for ages and don't know the current interface, but I wonder how that algorithm would respond if we all concurrently started posting our tweet-length content on FB.

Congratulations to the voters of Oregon. Your rights should not come at the risk of our safety. These measures will reduce gun violence and save lives.

As I was getting off the plane last night, a stewardess asked what I was so excited about. I told her I'd won my election & was the first trans woman elected in Montana. She immediately teared up. "My son is trans," she said, & began to tell me about all the joys/fears... [1/3]

Here's what's going on at Twitter right now: It's a nightmare. Employees are sounding the alarm about how it could make getting reliable information on this site during Tuesday's elections impossible. https://t.co/OChS8ZYK8k

Here’s the thing: most of us could just not be Twitter verified? Like… we could not care and maybe even walk away from this platform and our friends and family and the people we care about would keep on loving us.

Great @Digiday article where @lturrentine explains some of the @CNET magic around "expert insights and original photography that shows the products have been reviewed by experts."
