I just swish with hydrogen peroxide a couple timesa week before I brush. It's cheap, vegan, helps keep your gums healthy and keeps your teeth hella white.

SO to my aesthetician who has literally transformed my skin. I've been seeing her religiously every 4 weeks for about a year now and I am so happy. I was suffering from the WORST hormonal acne and I can't even describe how much more confident I am now because of my skin.

I am heartbroken. Mikey died yesterday while the vet was examining him again. We don't know what happened but were going to get a necropsy done to find out. I'm sorry Mikey. I love you so much😭
