This is true to a degree But LOTS of people are replacing drinks with friends with social activities like saunas, ice baths, pickleball/padel (whatever you think of those sports) and so on So social activities are still thriving (which is good) minus the alcohol
The zero alcohol movement is funny because a lot of people traded drinks with friends for social media doomscrolling, porn, and gambling by themselves.

You don’t need to do all of these on a single day. Sleep early (parents need to get lucky with a baby that sleeps through the night), work and hygiene are normal as a functioning adult, 10k steps is more of a gimmick than anything (less can work), cleaning should be outsourced
Can someone please explain to me how someone gets 8 hours of sleep, 10,000 steps a day, goes to work, maintains good hygiene, cleans their house, exercises, takes care of their animals, and has time for hobbies and socializing?

Listen here young woman, man, and they them. You have to learn how to cook three dishes and to cook them well. One breakfast meal, something you could either have for lunch or dinner, and a sweet dessert. Do this and life will be good to you.
