As a therapist it's heartbreaking to read so many ppl being wronged, violated or not informed about how therapy should go. Use caution; There are some really good therapists out there!! I hope there is a good one waiting just for you! 💚💚 💗💗
My first visit with a therapist was a woman who charged me $400 and literally spent the entire hour checking her phone every 5 minutes. “Sorry I have other patients and I need to make sure they don’t need me.”
Then refused to give me a receipt so I could submit for reimbursement
