Americans have a constitutional right to be left alone. They do not have to answer masked men asking where they were born or what their citizenship is. Americans should be able to say "fuck you" and walk away unmolested. That is their constitutional right.
This is absolutely racial profiling. How are Americans OK with this? Masked men going up to women who have brown skin and asking if they were born here and where they’re from.

The Founding Fathers had a radically different view of the "basic function of states:" Secure the right to life, liberty, and property. When MAGA rejects these rights, they aren't just rejecting the Rule of Law. They're rejecting the United States of America.
